CA SAMIT S. SARAF - B.Com, FCA, CIMA Adv Dip MA

Samit is a Fellow Chartered accountant (FCA) by Profession with 8 years of post qualification experience and inducted as Partner in the year 2015. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. A holder of the Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK, he is currently pursuing his ACMA degree from CIMA, UK.

He brings to the firm, valuable experiences in multiple practice areas, including Audit & Assurance, Direct Taxation, Outsourced Accounting and Management consulting. He has successfully handled tax, audit and consulting engagements across various sectors such as Cement, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Venture Capital Funds, ITES, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Healthcare, Fitness, Agro, Media and varied professions. He has also been involved in Internal, Process, Operational and Forensic audit engagements for multiple listed corporates as well as Semi-Government entities.

CA ROHAN MASURKAR – B.Com, ACA

Young and enthusiastic by nature, Rohan is a homegrown Chartered Accountant who served his articles under the able guidance of our mentor CA Subhash Saraf and has continued his association with Saraf Associates. Rohan has 5 years of experience post qualification.
Apart from heading the Indirect Taxes wing of the Firm, Rohan also handles assignments in Audit & Assurance services, Due Diligence, Project Finance, Trusts advisory & audits and Management Consulting.

He has successfully handled internal, concurrent as well as statutory audits for clients in varied sectors such as Banking, Media and entertainment, Education, Cement, Medical healthcare, VC Funds etc. He is actively involved in research and development of the firm’s knowledge base.
